I decided to start up a server based on those principles.
SimpleTowns is a simple server with simple plugins. The goal is to build together in a friendly environment and have fun.
It has a player-driven economy with plugins such as chest-shop and griefprevention. The server is also running Towny, so you can build your own communities with your friends.
