Catch a fish at the harbour, sell it, and put the coins towards a boat. UK survival, one world since September 2026. Java and Bedrock.

Hi, I'm Joe. Project Permanence is a survival server I've been running since September 2026. It's one world and I'm keeping it, so a house you build now should still be there next year.

Underneath it's normal survival. The extra bit is that the town pays you. You can fish (115 kinds, and the rod ladder runs from the Angler Rod up to the Six Waters Rod), grow crops that pay differently by season, breed animals, cook meals that give you Well Fed, take smithing commissions, or brew at the Still. Ships run on trade winds between ports, with things you can run into once you're clear of harbour. The Depths is a five floor dungeon. Deep Shift is a timed mine with a tub for the ore. You can carry a backpack in the normal worlds, sell on the auction house, and claim land with a golden shovel.

New players can walk the harbour tour. It takes about ten minutes and pays 400 coins the first time you finish it.

Java 26.2 or Bedrock, nothing to install on either. You do need to accept the resource pack, because that's what draws the custom items. 40 slots, no whitelist. Most people here are adults, younger players are welcome, and I keep the chat clean. The store only sells cosmetics and memberships, so coins in game come from playing.

WHAT'S NEW THIS MONTH
Fishing is up to 115 kinds of fish, with six rods. Crop prices move with the season. The Still is in for alchemy. Smithing commissions are on the Master Smith's board. Sailing has trade winds and encounters between ports. The Depths and the Deep Shift mine are both open, and backpacks work outside those two worlds.

HOW TO JOIN
1. Java 26.2: Multiplayer, then Add Server
2. Enter play.projectpermanence.co.uk
3. Allow the server resource pack
4. Bedrock players use the same address with port 19132
5. The old address projectpermanence.serveminecraft.net still connects
