Gameplay is mostly vanilla style with slight modifications. It is up to each player as to what extras are added via perks once you obtain a donor rank. For example, if you like to farm and want extra help in that area, acquire the Farmer perk which allows seeds to be automatically planted as you harvest the crop. Hunters can gain the ability to collect creature heads. Builders can edit existing signs and place spawners.
